Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange items *MUST* be in their original condition: new, clean, unworn, unwashed, FREE of any smoke, pet, or perfume odors. Folded and packaged neatly with original tags. If exchange arrives in unacceptable condition, it will be mailed back at the cost of the customer.
You have 10 days to return your item for full refund from the time you receive your item. We offer refunds, store credit and exchange within 10 days of delivery for regular full priced items (Non-Final Sale) with tags attached & in original unworn condition (restrictions apply). Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you return for a refund, the return costs are deducted from the total of your refund.
If you return for a store credit, the return costs are deducted from the total of your refund.
If you return for exchange, you will pay $5 processing fee instead of the full return label cost and the cost to ship out your new order.
Final sale items are not valid for returns. Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and include: sale and final sale marked items, as well as, hats, swimwear and intimates.
BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY
All sale marked items are final sale. Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
All items purchased as part of specific holiday promos are final sale. This includes any promotions during November and December. Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
HOLIDAY EXTENSION ON RETURNS
Returns for store credit are extended for the holidays. Items purchased between 11/4-12/26 are eligible for store credit if returned before 1/15.
$16 shipping fee to cover postage of an item. This fee will be invoiced to the email you provided at registration.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
We inspect all items prior to being shipped, however if for some reason a mistake has been made on our part, we do apologize and will take care of the issue right away. The cost of the return will be on us via standard mail. To process the return of the incorrect item please do the following:
- Contact us with a brief explanation of the problem and your first & last name used to make the purchase and if possible the order #. You can find the order number by going to "Your Account" then clicking on "History and Details of my Orders"
- We will reply to your email with instructions for the return and send return and replacement information.
